Who We Are

John Sweeney

Founder & CEO

John is our Founder & CEO and oversees the overall running of the company. John has worked in construction and land development since first coming to the UK over 40 years ago, since then he has developed a wealth of experience which is invaluable to the company and our clients.

Sam Hardinge

Company Director

Sam is our main Director responsible for the day to day operation of the company. Sam has worked in the construction industry from the age of 16 having spent half of his childhood in the quarries his father ran. Having worked across a wide range of the construction industry his knowledge and expertise is invaluable.

Liam Shadbolt

Operations & Plant Manager

Liam runs the day to day operations for the company and co-ordinates plant maintenance and movement. Liam has worked in plant and construction since leaving school and has a keen passion for plant when he's not at the boating lake! Liam's experience from operating machinery through to delivering schemes is invaluable to the company and its clients.
